At Bel Furniture, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home furnishing purchase. If your new furniture doesn't perfectly fit your space, we offer a straightforward return and exchange process within 3 days of delivery or pickup.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer service team or visit your local Bel Furniture showroom within 72 hours of receiving your items to begin the return authorization process.

  Prepare Documentation

  Ensure you have your original sales receipt and that all items are in their original, showroom-condition with all packaging materials and tags attached.

  Schedule Inspection

  Our logistics team will coordinate a time to inspect the furniture for any damages or signs of use to ensure it meets our restocking eligibility requirements.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Credit

  Once approved, we will process your refund to the original payment method or apply a store credit, minus any applicable delivery and restocking fees.
