What are your delivery options?
We offer several delivery options including standard curbside delivery, room-of-choice delivery, and our White Glove delivery service which includes full assembly and packaging removal.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been processed, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to our logistics portal where you can monitor the status of your shipment in real-time.
What is your return policy?
You can return most items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition and packaging. Please note that custom-made furniture and final sale items are non-returnable.
Do you offer financing plans?
Yes, we partner with several financial institutions to provide flexible monthly payment plans. You can apply for financing directly at checkout to see if you qualify for 0% APR options.
Does my furniture come with a warranty?
All our furniture comes with a standard one-year manufacturer's warranty against defects. We also offer extended protection plans that cover accidental stains, tears, and damage.
Can I request fabric swatches before buying?
Absolutely. We offer complimentary fabric swatches for most of our upholstered collections to ensure the color and texture perfectly match your home decor.
